Frank Grillo Is 'Charlie' In The Resurrection of Charles Manson UK Trailer

Frank Grillo is Charlie Manson, or he wants to be in the UK Trailer for The Resurrection of Charles Manson.

The film promises a new spin on those gruesome Manson Family Murders. The film is directed by Remy Grillo, son of Frank Grillo, who makes his feature length directorial debut.

We find ourselves in the middle of the desert with a couple creating an audition tape for an up and coming movie based around Charles Manson. The trip is also a romantic holiday for the couple, things get turned upside down for them. When they become targets for an evil cult whose leader (Grillo) believes he’s channelling the infamous Manson.

Manson was one of America’s most notorious criminals whose cult became embedded in popular culture. The family’s most famous victim would be Sharon Tate, the wife of filmmaker Roman Polanski. Many other cults and sociopaths have been inspired by the the Family and their deadly antics.

The film may not look like it will offering anything different, it also looks a solid horror thriller too.
While a couple creates an audition tape for an up-and-coming Charles Manson film, the dark events of the audition material slowly slip into their reality as they find themselves intertwined in an occult leader’s sinister plot.
