We may have been born on this planet but we weren’t meant to die here, will Matthew McConaughney save us ? Christopher Nolan‘s Interstellar has a new UK trailer sends a farmer into space where no farmer has gone before.

This is going to be one of the most anticipated films of 2014 as the world waits with bated breath in one what life will be like post Batman for Nolan, a franchise that has put Nolan on a higher pedastol. After it’s success worldwide the expectancy level  which will be intense and on the evidence of this trailer  it looks like he’ll deliver with what maybe a highly original story most of all ambitious.

This new trailer may not shed a lot of light on the actually storyline but we can gather in Interstellar Earth is on the brink of a food crisis, the planet is now a lost cause so we must look further afield. The film chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.

Matthew McConaughey plays Cooper one of the explorers on the voyage however what’s not clear is the disaster purely agricultural or have we destroyed the planet its becoming inhabitable? There is also a suggestion of a more Human story too between Cooper and his daughter giving the film an sense of emotion, but will this be the main focus of Interstellar? Overall we do get a slightly better sense of the what the story maybe  but also a first glimpse of the film’s fantastic cast, so are you excited about this as we are?
