Check Out The Awesome Once Upon A Time In Hollywood Retro Posters

After months of speculation Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood was added to the Cannes Film Festival line-up.

The marketing for the film has been minimal but exciting and today exactly 25 years since Pulp Fiction debuted at Cannes. The marketing has stepped up with some awesome retro Posters which see Leonardo DiCaprio‘s character Rick Dalton in some awesome in world Film Posters. The old school posters see DiCaprio in sixties-esque action film or Spaghetti westerns.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood will today make it’s World Premiere. The film ships us back to Hollywood 1969, DiCaprio plays ageing film/TV Star Rick Dalton and Brad Pitt his stunt double. The pair are struggling to survive in the changing face of the film and television world. Margot Robbie plays Sharon Tate an upcoming actress who would become the most famous victim of the Charles Manson cultist Manson Family.

Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognise anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.

Co-starring Timothy Olyphant, Al Pacino, Burt Reynolds, Damian Lewis, Dakota Fanning, Clifton Collins, Keith Jefferson, Emile Hirsch, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Scoot McNairy, James Marsden, Lena Dunham and Nicholas Hammond. Many are of course Tarantino regulars as well as the late Luke Perry and Burt Reynolds in what you could call will be their final major appearances on the big screen.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood will be released in the UK and Irish Cinemas from 14th August.
