Eddie Murphy is back as Axel Foley in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. Netflix has released the long awaited sequel Trailer and it looks business as usual, as chaos erupts in L.A!

Even in the start of the trailer you can clearly see Los Angeles is a different type of beast since the last film. In Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, Axel has a new younger partner (played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt). Things get personal for Axel when a case threatens his own daughter, pushing him to get help from some old friends.

That iconic synth score is there, familiar faces nostalgia is a big winner. This new trailer does unveil more of the story compared to the comedy in the teaser. Detective Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) is back on the beat in Beverly Hills. After his daughter’s life is threatened, she (Taylour Paige) and Foley team up with a new partner (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and old pals Billy Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) and John Taggart (John Ashton) to turn up the heat and uncover a conspiracy.

The rest of the cast includes Taylour Paige, Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Bronson Pinchot, Paul Reiser, and Kevin Bacon. Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F will launch globally on Netflix on 3rd July.
