It’s not just for boys and Bridesmaids proved that girls can play hard (& cruder) than The Hangover. so now it’s times for the ladies of the world to prove another male dominated sub genre Buddy cop films they can compete in The Heat. Directed  by Paul Feig stars Sandra Bullock , as well re-uniting with Melissa McCarthy creating a winning combo will they win again with a Oscar winner involved? Uptight FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn (Sandra Bullock) and foul-mouthed Boston cop Shannon Mullins (Melissa McCarthy) couldn’t be more incompatible. But when they join forces to bring down a ruthless drug lord, they become the last thing anyone expected: buddies.

The ladies can play hard as well as be funny so with McCarthy in the cast  there’s good potential The Heat will prove girls are good at been buddies as much as the boys. The pairing of of McCarthy and Bullock does look a great pairing , they look like there having fun as you can see in this trailer and the previous trailer.This Uk trailer does provide some new footage not seen in the American trailer, still the captain hasn’t found his balls yet so when all things fail you a phone book (all revealed in trailer!)!

The Heat arrives in UK&Ireland 5th April 2013 and co-stars Demian Bichir, Marlon Wayans,Tony Hale, Taran Killam, and Michael Rapaport.
