Barbara Crampton Thirsts Blood In Jakob’s Wife New Clip

Horror streaming service Shudder next month will be Jakob’s Wife exclusively to their channel next month. The film is directed by Travis Stevens (The Girl On The Third Floor) and today we get a glimpse at the in a new clip.

The film stars Horror and genre film legends Barbara Crampton and Larry Fessenden. The pair play husband and wife whose marriage is on a downward spiral. Things take an unexpected change when Anne finds an unexpected thirst for blood.

In this new clip, a newly transformed Anne (Crampton) is at supermarket with a thirst for blood.

Anne is in her late 50s and feels like her life and marriage have been shrinking over the past thirty years. Through a chance encounter with a stranger, she discovers a new sense of power and an appetite to live bigger and bolder than before. However, these changes come with a toll on her marriage and a heavy body count.  Directed by Travis Stevens (Girl on the Third Floor). Starring horror icons Barbara Crampton (You’re Next) and Larry Fessenden (The Dead Don’t Die), Bonnie Aarons (The Nun), Nyisha Bell, Mark Kelly, Sarah Lind, Robert Rusler, and Phil Brooks (aka CM Punk). The film is a full-bloodied rallying cry to grab life (and death) by the throat and reclaim your place in the world in all its gory glory.
