The first trailer for Bambi: The Reckoning, the latest horror reimagining of a beloved Disney character has arrived – and you can watch it below!

Disney’s beloved little deer Bambi has changed and is going all psycho on us all!  Another hugely inventive and wild take on one of our most loved and revered classics, the new film comes from the makers of Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey and the others in the Poohniverse.

Synopsis: 

After a mother and son get in a car wreck, they soon become hunted by Bambi, a mutated deer. The grief-stricken creature embarks on a rampage seeking revenge for the death of his mother.

Directed by Dan Allen, the film stars Roxanne Mckee, Tom Mulheron, Nicola Wright, Samira Mighty and Alex Cooke and is produced by Scott Chambers and Rhys-Frake Waterfield, the prolific filmmaking duo behind Jagged Edge Productions, which brought the world Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, it’s 2024 sequel, Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare and more to follow, including Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble, an Avengers-style crossover with all the other characters they have used, as well as The Mad Hatter, Sleeping Beauty and many others.
