Watch Anya Taylor-Joy In The Teaser For Apple TV’s Lucky
Anya Taylor-Joy has played an iconic female warrior, the voice of an adored animated princess and a Viking with supernatural powers, but this summer she’ll be a con artist in Lucky. And Apple TV have just unveiled a first look teaser for the upcoming crime thriller.
The limited series takes the actress back to the small screen, where she made a name for herself in The Queen’s Gambit. Based on Marissa Stapley‘s best selling novel of the same name, Lucky sees Taylor-Joy playing the titular character who, from an early age, becomes a career criminal, learning her craft from her father. Now older, she’s going through a spate of bad luck including a disastrous heist and she now has the FBI and a crime boss on her tail.
The rest of the cast includes Annette Bening, Timothy Olyphant, Aunjanue Ellis Taylor, Drew Starkey, Clifton Collins, Jr. and William Fichtner,

Lucky will premiere on Apple TV on July 15th with the first two episodes.
