A Quiet Place Writers To Direct A Sam Raimi Produced Sci-Fi?

A Quiet Place (2018)

Scott Beck and Bryan Woods have been in big demand thanks to the success A Quiet Place. The pair wrote and directed Haunt, they have recently worked on Quibi‘s 50 States Of Fright with Sam Raimi. According to Variety, Beck and Woods are teaming up with The Evil Dead director to work on a Sci-Fi.

The report states Sony Pictures Releasing have acquired the rights the rights to the unnamed sci-fi. There is no details been released for this films, apart from it’s based around an original idea. Off course everything will be kept under wraps until the last moment however they it was revealed the film will have a ‘Big Twist‘ at the end.

With Raimi’s involvement in the Doctor Strange sequel, will have helped this film. He will co-produce under his Raimi Productions alongside Zainab Azizi, and with Debbie Liebling.

His production company released the following statement…
