The New Mutants Finally Get Second UK Trailer! Honest!

A lot can happen in two years, especially when your film is called The New Mutants. 20th Century Fox Pictures was bought by Disney, bringing Fox ‘Marvel Titles’ under one roof. The film was earmarked to be the end of X-Men Fox era, now it’s the franchise debut in the MCU.

There was gossip this film never see a cinema screen and be released via Disney+ streaming channel. Today Fox have laid to rest that rumour and released the long awaited second Trailer for The New Mutants. Honest!

Who are these kids? They are students of Charles Xavier’s School Of Gifted Children. But they seem to be those who aren’t aware of their full potential or can control their gifts. Who is holding them as they face some of their demons? Is it a test? Who ever it is they must group together that will test them.

First impressions for this trailer, things look strong. Sometimes good things come to those who wait and five years in development, this might be a good one. Josh Boone has stated on social media he’s very proud of this and those re-shoots never happened. This is taking a horror tinged route,Off-Kilter from the usual Marvel Studios superhero film.

Twentieth Century Fox in association with Marvel Entertainment presents “The New Mutants,” an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.

The film stars Maisie Williams (Wolfsbane), Anya Taylor-Joy (Magik), Charlie Heaton (Cannonball), Henry Zaga  (Sunspot), Blu Hunt (Mirage), and Alice Braga (Dr. Cecilia Reyes).

The New Mutants  UK and Irish Cinema release date is now April 2020. the U.S date is 3rd April, so expect similar.
