Dune Drifter (2020)

We’ve always said ‘we’re not alone’ in this big universe. In Indie sci-fi thriller Dune Drifter marooned on a desolate planet you’re NOT alone.

After making it’s world premiere at last month’s Arrow Video Frightfest, Marc Price‘s latest film is set for it’s general release next month. Today 4Digital Media release the official Trailer as a marooned space fighter fights for her lifeย  against all odds.

Phoebe Sparrow (Downton Abbey) stars as a space fighter who crash lands on a desolate planet after an devastating battle. She must navigate the harsh environment to save herself before her life support expires.

Price will always be remembered for his no budget zombie horror Colin. Letting the world know with a bit of imagination you can deliver a fantastic film with no money. His latest film does have a bigger budget but still small and once again looks a solid film…

During an ongoing battle for humanity, a group of rookie space fighter pilots is sent to join the battle against an armada of unbeatable enemy ships. When the trainee pilot and her gunner are shot down, they manage to crash land on a nearby planet. With the gunner mortally wounded and her own life support only set to last two days, our pilot’s only option is to fix her ship. The sudden appearance of an enemy craft offers the answer, but as the pilot looks for parts to use on her own ship she is horrified to spot another survivor; an enemy alien soldier who has no intention of letting her escape.

The film also stars Daisy Aitkens,ย Simon Dwyer-Thomas,ย Alastair Kirton,ย Richard Corgan,ย Marcus Shakesheff, andย Charlotte Mounter.

Dune Drifter will be released in the UK and Ireland on DVD as well as Digital HD from 7th December (USA 1st December).
