Your Not Paranoid, This Is The Trailer For Paranoia

You don’t have to be a chessmaster to know a pawn in a middle stuck between rival factions is dangerous as is a entry level employee stuck in a middle of a corporate game it’s a different whole ball game. Watch the first official trailer for espionage thriller Paranoia starring  Liam Hemsworth.

Liam Hemsworth plays Adam Cassidy a recent hot graduate who gets a jobs at Wyatt Corporation who grabs the attention of his boss (Gary Oldman) who enlists him to spy on Wyatt’s rival company ran by Harrison Ford. When Adam is pinned into a corner he realizes his life is in danger he must outmanoeuvre  away from both men.

The trailer does a good job setting up Paranoia quite nicely however like Fast&Furious 6 and a number of films before (probably in the future) this trailer does it’s best to reveal everything in 2 minutes. Now that big brother Chris has established himself in Hollywood it will be interesting to see if Liam Hemsworth can follow suit, female cinephile will appreciate the young Aussie actor especially as he has a few shirtless moments. However this film looks intriguing and might just be worth it to see Gary Oldman and Harrison Ford battle it out even if you’ve already seen most of the plot by watching this trailer before the film arrives.

No word on Paranoia UK&Irish release date but for USA its 16th August.The film  also stars Amber Heard, Harrison Ford, Lucas Till,  Embeth Davidtz, Julian McMahon, Josh Holloway, Richard Dreyfuss.

Synopsis

The high stakes thriller Paranoia takes us deep behind the scenes of global success to a deadly world of greed and deception.  The two most powerful tech billionaires in the world (Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman) are bitter rivals with a complicated past who will stop at nothing to destroy each other.  A young superstar (Liam Hemsworth), seduced by unlimited wealth and power falls between them, and becomes trapped in the middle of the twists and turns of their life-and-death game of corporate espionage.  By the time he realizes his life is in danger, he is in far too deep and knows far too much for them to let him walk away.
