Yorgos Lanthimos Kinds Of Kindness Getting October Home Release

It’s time to be filled with unpredictability and intrigue, as Searchlight Pictures get ready to release Yorgos LanthimosKinds Of Kindness on Blu-ray and DVD.

After the success of Poor Things, the Greek filmmaker’s follow up film which plays with a homage to Robert Altman and David Lynch. A mix of his trademark oddness and Altman’s Short Cuts.

The film stars many actor familiar to Lanthimos: Jess Plemons, Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, Krystal Alayne Chambers and Hunter Schafer.

Kinds Of Kindness is described as a ‘triptych tale’ of several people. A man whose life is out of control, a policeman whose wife returns after been missing a different woman and a woman with a ‘special ability’.

Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life, a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person, and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

Fans can delve deeper into the film with exclusive behind-the-scenes bonus features and deleted scenes on the Blu-ray.

A limited-edition poster will be included with the Blu-rayâ„¢ exclusively at HMV.
