X-Men franchise has been a strong franchise for 20th Century Fox however at times it’s tested the patience of the hardcore fanbase . Whilst no actual criticism has been laid at the film however when you play with the design of certain characters you will be treading on thin ice. Oscar Issac‘s Apocalypse character design has annoyed many leaving the new film a bit of mountain to climb to regain positive buzz. We know sometimes these things have to be done and with recent US reviews of Deadpool the X-Men spin-off been greats what better time to go for gold with a spot at America’s premium ad space, Superbowl 50.
In X-Men:Apocalypse since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
When the four horsemen appear it is not good for anyone not even the mutants fancy their chances. It’s ironic i reality how the world is going one slip we could find ourselves in an apocalyptic disaster. This new spot emphasizes the scale of conflict that lies ahead the end of days could be nigh. Still to see a proper scene but if all the upcoming blockbusters actually did happen, there would n’t be enough rock on our planet to sustain us all! Summer 2016 is the season of destruction, buckle in its going to be some ride!
