Wrap Up And Watch Disney’s Frozen Trailer

It’s 53 and counting as Disney Animation release the first teaser trailer for their Christmas film Frozen, wrap up warm and enjoy!

Frozen is set in a fantasy kingdom of Arendelle which is trapped in eternal winter thanks to a spell by Elsa (Idina Menzel). Her sister Anna ( Kristen Bell) embarks on an epic journey to confront her sister to save her kingdom, on that journey Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and his faithful reindeer Sven with Olaf the snowman too.

Whilst Pixar rules the waves in animation it’s becoming a little more intriguing to see how Disney’s very own Disney Animation Studios react against their own asset and this new trailer does look like something that resembles another rival studio. The new trailer sets up the comedy tone of the film, not revealing any actual footage but introduces Sven the dog like reindeer and Olaf the snowman who looks like will provide the film with its comedic moments. The trailer resembles one of Fox’s Ice Age Scrat ‘nut’ moments as Olaf attempts to get back his carrot nose from Sven across a frozen pond. It just seems coincidental and with the film not out until December there is plenty of time to prove Frozen isn’t another Ice Age entry and if they can deliver what they did with Tangled Disney will have an another hit on the cards loved not just by the kids but the parents too.

Whilst Anchorman: The Legend Continues will please the grown ups Frozen looks like it will be up there for the kids when it comes to this years Christmas films, what do you think? Frozen will be released in UK on 6th December (USA 27th November) and will also star the voices of Josh Gad, Alan Tudyk, and Santino Fontana.

Synopsis
