Rule The Dark Watch The New International Trailer For Riddick

Vin Diesel once again will rule the dark when Riddick whom fans of the franchise are calling the true Pitch Black sequel has a new international trailer. 

Cinema’s favourite anti-hero Richard B. Riddick once again finds himself left for dead on a sun drenched barren planet with a group of mercenaries after his blood. Whilst the planet might look scorched of luscious vegetation, it’s not lifeless as the creatures come out at night and attack the mercenaries are forced to join team with Riddick the warrior with night vision eyes.

Heading back to the roots of the original film do look the logical choice plus its always been the preferred option for the hardcore fans and Vin Diesel does like to provide his loyal subjects with what they want.  The scenes look extended from the previous trailer, the tone of the film feels tonely harder and harsher. The film wont win any awards but if David Towhy can deliver what Justin Lin did to Fast&Furious we could have an unexpected fun franchise on the cards.

Riddick will be released in UK, Ireland and USA on 6th September. The film stars Karl Urban, Jordi Molla, Matt Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Bautista, Conrad Pla, Raoul Trujillo, Nolan Funk and Keri Hilson.

Synopsis

The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he’s encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.
The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won’t leave the planet without Riddick’s head as their trophy.

Comic con is only 4 weeks away and the film studios will be prepping their film choices to be revealed in front of the masses of geekboys and girls, Riddick has a new poster check it out below…
