Your World Extinguished In New Thor:The Dark World Extended Trailer

With the next installment of Marvel’s Phase 2 only 6 weeks away Disney A brand new extended trailer for Thor: The Dark World has been released to remind us the god of Thunder demands our attention !

Game Of Thrones main helmer Alan Taylor directs as Asgardian’s finest God Warrior Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is forced to join forces with his half brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) to defend not just his home of Asgard but also Earth. Not long after the events of Avengers the evil Malkeith (Christopher Eccleston), leader of the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim is determined to plunge Earth into darkness but he has and  Asgard forcing the brothers to fight as one.

The new extended Thor: The Dark World trailer does provide some snippets of new footage but mostly extended scenes from the last trailer. The question is will Taylor transfer the scope of Game Of Thrones into the Thor sequel? If we can go by the story that’s doing the rounds of the t’internet the answer is no, as he called on the aide of the Marvel world ‘architect’ Joss Whedon who was flown to London to rewrite some of the more troublesome scenes. If  Whedon sprinkles his Marvel gold dust on to this film, fans of the franchise and comic movies in general won’t mind a bit.

Thor:The Dark World  will be arriving in UK&Ireland 30th October  (8th November USA) co-starring Natalie Portman,Stellan Skarsgård, Idris Elba,  Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Tadanobu Asano, Jaimie Alexander with Rene Russo and Anthony Hopkins as Odin.

Synopsis
