With bingo experiencing a revival amongst younger generations, it’s only fair to look back on some of the greatest bingo scenes from television.
Whilst the traditional bingo halls continue to rise in popularity, bingo and usa casino sites are

The Simpsons
The Simpsons is a well-known and much-loved television show that is now into its 31st season. And, though the scene was quite brief, bingo has come up. The scene is set with pensioners all seated at their tables in the bingo hall, though none of them really understand why they are there.
The caller shouts out “I-25” before a player asks what letter it is. The “I” is repeated as is the number “25” when another player does not hear the number. The question of what game they are actually playing is then asked before the caller yells “Bingo”, which leads to the second player throwing away his bingo card.
Curb Your Enthusiasm
A season five classic in Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David’s emotions get the better of him in a bingo game. After believing he has won the game, David yells “BINGO!” in traditional fashion. The stern-faced bingo caller, however, dismisses David’s pleas. As another player ends up as winner, David loses his cool and shocks the bingo hall by claiming he should have won all along.
Better Call Saul
Bob Odenkirk stars as Saul Goodman in the popular American TV series Better Call Saul. As a lawyer whose morals often go out the window, Goodman’s bingo caller routine is a mere attempt to influence the audience to become clients of his.
As Goodman delivers an impassioned speech, the players cannot help but look annoyed as they merely wait for the game to resume.
Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father
A Netflix classic, Jack Whitehall and his father travel round the world, and, on one occasion, to the retirement village of Sun City West in Arizona. The duo go to a bingo hall where, expectedly, there is a plethora of old people waiting to play their favourite game.
Whitehall is the caller, using his comedic talent to break the ice before announcing that his dad will increase the basic $100 prize to a “whopping $1,000” for whoever wins. Whitehall’s dad calls a full house, but is thrown out for cheating before another resident scoops the prize.
Benidorm
The Solana Resort in Benidorm is the host as holiday-goers enjoy a spot of unplanned bingo. A storm leaves Lesley to set up a bingo game to keep guests entertained, and, with the prize of a brand-new laptop, guests are excited. But, it’s just left to a drunken Pauline to mistakenly call bingo, before grabbing the microphone and shouting down it “F*@k the lot of you!”. After collapsing, her eventual prize is a lap dog, not a laptop.
