Will his 4 year old daughter be her only chance at a family?

It’s an emotional situation many older women and couples face everyday. Your heart goes out to everyone in similar situations…

This is a classic slice of French cinema. Rachel (Virginie Efira, Benedetta) loves her life as a 40-year-old teacher, there’s just one thing missing: a family to come home to. As she falls in love with Ali (Roschdy Zem, The Cold Light of Day) and grows close to his 4-year-old daughter Leila , she is forced to confront a pivotal crossroads – is there a place for her in their family, or will Leila only ever see her as Ali’s girlfriend? Also starring Chiara Mastroianni (Persepolis), Other People’s Children is directed and written by Rebecca Zlotowski (Grand Central).

The Glasgow Film Festival will premiere this film on Saturday 4th March. Borderlines Film Festival will also screen the film.

The film also stars Chiara Mastroianni. Other People’s Children will be released in UK Cinemas and Digital Platforms from 17th March.
