Watch The Unnerving UK Trailer For Hallow Road

Rosamund Pike looks concerned in Hollow Road

Time is the essence Babak Anvari‘s psychological thriller Hallow Road. Universal Pictures have dropped the unnerving UK Trailer and it’s a race against time for Rosamund Pike.

There is nothing worst for parents to receive a distressing call about their child. In Anvari’s (Under The Shadow)latest mind ripper Pike and Matthew Rhys  are the parents ready to rush to the aide. In Hallow Road Parents of a teen girl (Megan McDonnell) rush to the scene after she calls them she’s hit someone. As they rush to the scene disturbing revelations rise threaten to rip the family apart.

The film premiered at SXSW last month to some very strong reviews. Many of the those reviews highlighting the intensity of the nightmarish scenario…Unsettling stuff.

Two parents receive a distressing late-night call from their teenage daughter, who has just accidentally hit a pedestrian. They jump in their car, racing to get there before anyone else stumbles across the scene. As they head deeper into the night, disturbing revelations threaten to tear the family apart as they soon realize they might not be the only ones driving down Hallow Road.

With elements of psychological suspense, road-movie tension, and family drama, HALLOW ROAD is an absorbing piece of cinema that will linger long in your mind after. Set mainly within the confines of a car, the film draws you in and takes you on a sweat-inducing, riveting ride.

Following its premiere at SXSW earlier this year, HALLOW ROAD has garnered rave reviews and an enviable 95% Rotten Tomatoes score.

Hallow Road will drive into UK and Irish cinemas from 16th May. There is no North American distributor yet.
