Watch The ‘Sweeping’ UK Trailer For Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana
When it comes to films, here at the site we don’t enjoy criticising films. Recently Nitesh Tiwari‘s Ramayana unfortunately has a sweeping UK Trailer that doesn’t do a great job promoting the film in positivity.
Ramayana is being push globally as India’s first film made for IMAX. If you’re going to make an Indian blockbuster you need one of Hindi’s biggest, Ranbir Kapoor. Oh this also has a score from none other than Hans Zimmer with A.R Rahman!
This heavenly fantasy battle takes place in a time gods and kings battled. A 2 part film which a prince battles the demon king, a story written thousands of years ago and celebrated at Diwali.
The film stars Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol, Kajal Aggarwal, Arun Govil, Indira Krishnan, and Lara Dutta.
When it comes to films I may not know much about it’s origins, I try my best to give the film respect. The promo made the film look cheap, even looking like a very expensive video game. This has had It’s critics for many other reasons including miscasting, dialogue. I was able to experience the promo on an IMAX screen before The Odyssey, in a near full screen. Sadly it received many laughs was it from the Indians in the audience?
Synopsis | In an age of gods and kings, the fate of worlds hangs in the balance. Rama, a prince bound by duty, sacrifice, and righteousness, must confront Ravana, an immortal ruler driven by pride and vengeance, powerful enough to shatter the cosmos.
Ramayana will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 6th November. It also seems that will be the global release date, which will also be Diwali which is the Hindu celebration of light. What do you guys think of this trailer? Look good or worthy of the criticism?
