Inception (2010)

With Christopher Nolan‘s Tenet now finally looking like it will be getting an August release, lets look at one one of previous films…Inception. Nolan’s mind bending sci-fi heist thriller this year will be ten years old. I’m sure there’s still people still wondering what certain parts of the film was all about .

What inspired the film is widespread driven by surrealism and illusion. Is reality or is it fiction? Visually the film was spectacular, there’s so much happening in inception you need several watches.

The Royal Ocean Film Society have decided to make this brilliant 13 minute Inception video essay. Looking at the film 10 years on and why many of of became so immersed in Christopher Nolan’s minder bender heist film. What inspired him and try to understand the director’s mindset…
