UK Trailer For Thriller The Girl In The Pool Starring Freddie Prinze Jr.
Signature Entertainment have released the Official UK Trailer for indie crime thriller The Girl In The Pool starring Freddie Prinze Jr.
The film sees Prinze Jr. reunite with his Head Over Heels co-star Monica Potter (Saw), Kevin Pollak also stars. Dakota Gorman directs this one, known for actress but has directed episode for Criminal Minds and Teen Wolf.
The Girl In The Pool, Prinze Jr. is Tom a married man who decides to have an affair only for the woman ending up dead in his family home pool. Trying to be composed he hides the body, however paranoia takes a grip unearthing secrets and truths come out.
Feels like something we would see back in the 1990’s, ten a penny on this type of film.
Tom is struggling to maintain his composure during his birthday celebration as heโs secretly concealed the body of his murdered mistress in his family’s home. Paranoia grips him as he navigates through whispers and cryptic hints from those around him. As he delves deeper into the mystery, he discovers he’s not the only one hiding something, leading to a tense unravelling of truths and betrayals amidst a desperate search for answers, revealing a twist that nobody could have seen coming. Starring Freddie Prinze Jr. (Scooby-Doo), Monica Potter (Saw), and Kevin Pollak (The Usual Suspects), The Girl in the Pool is written by Jackson Reid Williams and directed by Dakota Gorman (Natural Disasters).
The Girl in the Pool is available on Digital Platforms in the UK and Ireland fromย 20th January 2025. The film also starsย Tyler Lawrence Gray, Brielle Barbusca, and Gabrielle Haugh.
