They See Everything In First The Watched Trailer

Welcome to the show. Warner Bros have released the first UK Trailer for Ishana Night Shyamalan‘s The Watched…They see everything!

They kept this one quiet! This film is the feature directorial debut for M.Night Shyamalan‘s daughter, who is onboard as director. Ishana‘s  previous directorial effort was directing episodes of Apple TV‘s horror mystery series Servant. Her feature debut is another mystery, things feel unsettling that leave us wondering who is watching and what lies behind the walls.

The Watched (or The Watchers as it’s known in other markets) stars Dakota Fanning who is an young artist. She’s based in Western Ireland who finds herself trapped with three others. Who is watching them and what creature await them every night?

The film is based on a book of the same name from Irish writer A.M Shine. Ishana Night Shyamalan is following her fathers trend keeping the plot close to her chest. How did they all actually get there? The music entices the eeriness, it’s very creepy all round…

From producer M. Night Shyamalan comes “The Watchers,” written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan and based on the novel by A.M. Shine. The film follows Mina, a 28-year-old artist, who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers who are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night.

You can’t see them, but they see everything.

The rest of the cast includes Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouere. The Watched will be in UK, Irish and U.S cinemas from 7th June.
