The Phoenician Scheme Coming ‘Home’ September

In September, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will release Wes Anderson‘s The Phoenician Scheme on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray™ and DVD…Or would you like a ‘hand grenade’?

The Phoenician Scheme stars Benicio Del Toro and Mia Threapleton.All about a story of “a family and a family business”.

The rest of the cast is a mix of Wes Anderson regulars and newcomers. Michael Cera, Tom Hanks, Bryan Cranston, Mathieu Amalric, Richard Ayoade, Jeffrey Wright, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Rupert Friend as well as Riz Ahmed, Hope Davis. They also include Bill Murray, Willem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg.

THE PHOENICIAN SCHEME follows Anatole “Zsa-zsa” Korda (Benicio del Toro; Sicario) – ruthless, unscrupulous, one of the richest men in Europe – who is constantly fighting for his life. During the final stages of a vast, decades-long, career-defining business project, Korda survives a sixth assassination attempt and must appoint a successor: his long-estranged daughter Liesl (Mia Threapleton; Shadows) – a nun.
