Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen star in the Sky Exclusive comedy-drama. Based on the short story by Manuel Gonzales, The Miniature Wife is a dramedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses Lindy (Elizabeth Banks) and Les (Matthew Macfadyen) after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.
The series is created by Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner (Boardwalk Empire, Goliath), who serve as show runners and executive producers, alongside Banks and Macfadyen who also executive produce. The leads are joined by Zoe Lister-Jones, O-T Fagbenle, Sian Clifford, and Sofia Rosinsky as series regulars and Ronny Chieng, Aasif Mandvi, Rong Fu and Tricia Black in supporting roles.
Synopsis| A technological accident serves as a catalyst for Lindy and Les, a married couple, to re-evaluate their relationship’s power dynamics, leading to a dramatic showdown as they vie for control in their marriage.
All episodes of The Miniature Wife will be available on Sky and the streaming service Now from the 9th April in the UK & Ireland.
