The Menu First Trailer Serving a True Culinary Nightmare

Feeling a little peckish? Taste, saviour and relish the first official UK Trailer for darkly comedic horror, The Menu.

The twisted film comes from Succession director Mark Mylod with appetizers in the shape of Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicholas Hoult, and Ralph Fiennes. Set in the outlandish culinary culture when a young couple who head and exclusive restaurant located on an island. At this restaurant the head chef (Fiennes) prepares a lavish menu, one that has some unexpected surprises.

With films such as Fresh, The Feast the psychological element within a food environment is at play once again.  The trailer itself is only a teaser and the majority of the plot is still under lock and key.  We can easily say, not all what it seems and the unsettling tone and sound does help that notion.  If you are considering becoming a vegetarian or vegan, this could be the film that might tip you that direction.

A couple (Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult) travels to a coastal island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where the chef (Ralph Fiennes) has prepared a lavish menu, with some shocking surprises.

The rest of the cast includes John Leguizamo, Judith Light, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Reed Birney, Paul Adelstein, Aimee Carrero, Arturo Castto, Mart St. Cyr, Rob Yan, and Hong Chau.

The Menu will be released in UK, Irish and U.S cinemas from 18th November.
