THE HUNGER GAMES Full Trailer Has Arrived!

Wow of all days I had to go out the trailers arrive! Apologies for the delay but ladies and gentleman boys and girls I present The Hunger Games First full theatrical trailer!!! Teased is what we got back in the summer with the 60 second ‘trailer’ which really only had our heroine Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) firing a bow & arrow which to many outside lookers like myself new to this franchise saw as been disappointing. Now the eagerly anticipated adaptation of the popular Suzanne Collins books can now finally shine in a proper trailer though it still looks we still  don’t get alot  deep insight into the world apart from a sneak peek at the build up to the games, but if the next trailer will show you the games we don’t know yet. Though we get a good insight into Panem I think we can say fans of the books are eager to see Katniss enter the arena, all i’ll say is you’ll like the cliffhanger ending !

I’m a newbie to this franchise but are you a fan and know alot about the world of Panem? So is this new trailer give alot away or at least enough footage to excite the books fans? Or is Gary Ross still teasing us all big style? Let us know below in the comments! The Hunger Games will be out in UK&Ireland will be released March 23rd 2012! The Hunger Games stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, Lenny Kravitz, and Donald Sutherland.

In a not-too-distant future, the United States of America has collapsed, weakened by drought, fire, famine, and war, to be replaced by Panem, a country divided into the Capitol and 12 districts. Each year, two young representatives from each district are selected by lottery to participate in The Hunger Games. Part entertainment, part brutal intimidation of the subjugated districts, the televised games are broadcasted throughout Panem as the 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors, literally, with all citizens required to watch. When 16-year-old Katniss’ young sister, Prim, is selected as the mining district’s female representative, Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and her male counterpart, Peeta, the son of the town baker who seems to have all the fighting skills of a lump of bread dough, will be pitted against bigger, stronger representatives who have trained for this their whole lives.

The Hunger Games is released March 23rd 2012.
