Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows Are Poster Dudes Now!

Couple of days ago they where all about re-introducing themselves and joking around in their lastest trailer. Today those Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows are now the pin-up poster dudes in a new set of character posters!

Depending how you look at it the Summer blockbuster season has truly started last week thanks to Captain America, this month our heroes in a half-shell return for another adventure. Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael return to cinemas this summer to battle bigger, badder villains, alongside April O’Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and a newcomer: the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell). After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE Superstar Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly), to unleash a diabolical plan to take over the world. As the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder and his new crew, they find themselves facing an even greater evil with similar intentions: the notorious Krang.

Paramount Pictures have sent us character posters (or one-sheets as there sometimes called) with Leonardo (Pete Ploszek), Michelangelo (Noel Fisher), Donatello (Jeremy Howard) and Raphael (Alan Ritchson). There is one combined poster which sees our heroes in a ‘water’ poster which connect these dudes to a scene seen in the previous trailers.

I grew up as a kid in 1980s loved the cartoon, was ok about the first features films, however things all changed when they returned in 2014. For a franchise as big as this one to give their core heroes minimal screen time however what we’ve seen of this one,  the turtles will get the coverage they should gotten in the first place. The marketing for this film certainly appears but how good it will remains to be seen. No matter what you think of Michael Bay  he’s produced this one, Paramount know he delivers the cash return. Dave Green (Earth To Echo) is the director and things do look like will be a more fun adventure!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows will arrive in UK&Ireland on 30th May.
