It’s Jokes Galore In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows New Trailer

Teenage Ninja Turtles Out Of The Shadows 'Lift'
End of this month those heroes in a Half-shell will be returning to our cinemas, in the latest promo it’s all about the action and jokes. After the critical panning of the first film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows continues to look more promising prospect, check out the new UK trailer

They might have been around for 30 years in comic books, animations, toys and fashion these dudes just like to remind us who each of them are. The action is aerial, the jokes are cheesy but cookie, this new trailer suggests the new film is aiming towards the younger film demigrapgic rather than the last one of nostalgia.

In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael return to cinemas this summer to battle bigger, badder villains, alongside April O’Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and a newcomer: the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell). After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE Superstar Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly), to unleash a diabolical plan to take over the world. As the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder (Brian Tees)and his new crew, they find themselves facing an even greater evil with similar intentions: the notorious Krang.

William Fichtner returns with Alan Ritchson, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, Noel Fisher plus Johnny Knoxville aka our Turtles voices. Newcomers Tyler Perry as Baxter Stockman, Laura Linney (average cop) and Stephen Amell(Arrow) as the human vigilante Casey Jones.

There is a slight doze of dejavu in regards to the footage, a combination of footage we’ve already seen but there is plenty of new stuff. It’s a light-hearted tone, new director but for some Michael Bay’s involvement might be too much for them. Maybe bit your tongue and go see this why not take a young relative or family member, if they love it that’s all will matter!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows is due for release in UK&Ireland 30th May.
