The untitled Disney+ bound series is set set around the Rebel agent Andor. Taking place prior to the events of Rogue One in the early days of the Rebellion against the Empire. The details on the show are scarce but we’ve learned it will be ‘spy thriller’.
Tony Gilroy who was the ‘fixer’ on Rogue One‘s re-shoots seems set to direct the pilot episode. The report also says he will also direct multiple episodes with Stephen Schiff as showrunner.
The report also mentions the actors are still in final negotiations. Disney haven’t confirmed or denied they are in talks with both actors.
Alan Tudyk is also set to reprise his role as K-2SO, Andor’s droid sidekick.
