Somethings Better Left Alone, Watch UK Trailer For The Gallows

Those pesky kids never learn that sometimes things are best left alone as you’ll see in the latest trailer from the genre specialists Blumhouse Production with The Gallows.

With many big horror films coming in 2015 this found footage this saturated red tinged chiller has the potential to be the next big franchise from Blumhouse and Newline Cinema aka ‘The house that Freddy built’.

The Gallows is set Twenty years after an accident that caused the death of the lead actor during a high school play, students at the same small town school resurrect the failed stage production in a misguided attempt to honor the anniversary of the tragedy,but ultimately find out that some things are better left alone.

Big things start small and this is the case for this film as this caught everyone out, but when filmmakers Travis Cluff and Chris Lofing posted footage online it created a massive buzz. Now Warner Bros followed the trailer which spread like wildfire and this afternoon we have the first official trailer. The trailer doesn’t reveal too much but what it does really well is tease, build the tension and sense of dread with fruitful success.

The Gallows is a cast of unknowns which is a good move keeping expectations low with Cassidy Gifford, Ryan Shoos, Reese Mishler and Pfeifer Brown. We have to wait until 4th September before the film arrives in UK however American horror fans you can catch this on 10th July.
