Sleepy Skunk Releases His 2017 Movie MashUp

Christmas is only 3 weeks away, 2018 arriving a few days later which means for the next few weeks we’ll have an onslaught of mashup videos. Sleepy Skunk is one of our favourite retrospectives and today we have his 2017 edition sent to us directly from Sleepy himself aka Louis Plamondon.

This year’s mashup consists of 231 movies, some we love, others we disliked but also many that may not have been released here in the UK. Whatever your views on the movies on this list, Sleepy Skunk has done a fantastic job compiling those movies unearthing nostalgia.

As well as the nostalgia, when watched with family and friends you’ll debate, laugh, probably argue most of all asking you, was 2017 a great year?

The usual suspects are in this Justice League, War For The Planet Of The Apes, Wonder Woman, It. There are some movies that surprised us The Lost City Of Z, John Wick Chapter 2, Baby Driver, Mother!. To the howlers like King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword, Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge and Geostorm. It’s also a nice little glimpse at some upcoming movies like The Greatest Showman, Molly’s Game and The Shape Of Water. Whilst some may ignore the smaller movies, this mashup pays honour to them.
