Blood Is Life In the Broody Dracula: The Night Around Us Trailer

Later this month Chris Schwab‘s Dracula: The Night Around Us will make it’s UK Premiere at Tubi FrightFest. Today we get a glimpse at the broody official Trailer, Blood is life!

What is Dracula: The Night Around us all about? A disillusioned doctor regains his faith in humanity from a mother and daughter, only to be hunted by an evil force that thrives on destruction.

The Bram Stoker classic Dracula story is one story that has been adapted so much. It’s always refreshing to see someone trying something different and Schwab’s  film looks to take on the challenge. The director also commented on Tubi FrightFest inclusion “Dracula is a timeless story, and we’re thrilled to have been able to put a unique spin on one of cinema’s most iconic horrors. We can’t wait for London audiences to see what we’ve created.”

The film stars Eric Toms, Marlene Mc’Cohen, Spencer Weitzel, Raelan Mackiewicz, Brent Jones, Andrea Martina, Isabela Penagos, Ginny You, Thomas Hwan Kim, Gabriel Grier, Michael King, Joel Slabo, Georgie Halali, Danny O’Brien, plus Harmony Smith.

Synopsis| Dr. John Seward, a depressed doctor at an asylum for the criminally insane, finds a rare glimmer of hope when he connects with his new neighbour, Mina, and her young daughter, Lucy. But beneath the city streets, an ancient evil stirs in the sewers. Dracula is building a harem of undead brides, and he soon sets his sights on Lucy.
