SKY Renew Sweetpea starring Ella Purnell For Second Season
The ‘rage’ will be continuing as SKY announce their popular Sky Original comedy thriller Sweetpea will return for a second killer season.
Fallout , Yellowjackets star Ella Purnell will return for more angst and coming of rage as Rhiannon Lewis. Sweetpea season one, Rhiannon is a young woman whom people would walk past her with noticing her. Under appreciated and the boy she likes doesn’t make a move, even worse her father is very ill. Things take a drastic turn when Rhiannon snaps after been pushed to the limit and no longer a wallflower, she can and will do anything. Pushed to a point she has a ‘killer secret’
Plot details for Season 2 haven’t been revealed yet. What SKY have said is we will see Rhiannon Lewis return with a vengeance as her killer secret continues to spiral, and she becomes more twisted than ever. Who will join her especially when many of the cast found themselves six foot under? Unless there is some sort of Bobby Ewing (ala Dallas) out of the shower moment, hard to say if the ‘killed off’ character will return.
