Take Shelter Video Interview – Michael Shannon

I don’t know about the rest of UK but The People’s Movies HQ has been taken a bit of a battering from the gale force winds and torrential rain which I was unable to go out. But expecting the unexpected is a bit of a nightmarish scenario as you feel paranoid that something is going to happen but what if you were plagued by apocalyptic dreams of storms forcing you to virtually bankrupt your family and strain your relationships with them and your friends.

This is the basis of Jeff Nichols TAKE SHELTER starring Michael Shannon plays that man having the apocalyptic dreams, his performances have been praised worldwide by critics since its premier back in January at Sundance Fest  as was the film. Friday saw the release of the film and below is a video interview with the man we be hailing in Superman reboot as General Zod, Michael Shannon.
