It all has to end one day and for Rene Harlin‘s The Strangers: Chapter 3 that end in is nigh. Lionsgate Films have dropped the first teaser trailer and see how it ends.

The very forgettable The Strangers reboot to be honest, was not one of the franchises we expected to be rebooted. Bryan Bertino‘s original 2008 The Strangers wasn’t perfect, it did know how to develop its characters. You believed in Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman as a couple and also having villains with no motivations for their actions. The slow burn tension created an atmosphere, the reboot just copied everything.

Chapter 3 stars Madelaine Petsch, Gabe Basso, Ema Horvath, Pablo Sandstrom and Richard Brake. The final film our masked strangers continue their terror, a secret emerges that threatens everything.
