Second The Iceman Trailer Reminds Us Michael Shannon Is Cometh This Summer

As we enter the ‘official colder months’ of the year, there’s nothing better to look forward to than the hot (wet) summer and this year we will have a double doze of Michael Shannon in Man Of Steel but before then in The Iceman and we have the second trailer for your visual pleasures.

Ariel Vromen‘s film follows the story of Richard Kuklinski is an real life hitman, who between 1964 til 1986 killed more than a 100 people who was able to lead a double life without his family even knowing about his true job. Living a double life  at home, all round nice guy, great husband and father but it all changes when he goes out becming the cold hearted ‘Iceman’ a nickname he got thanks to the way he freezes his victims bodies in order to disguise their time of death.

Whilst the first trailer focused on the action side of things this new trailer delivers a more dramatic tone looking alot more grittier, crazier. The film has been playing the festival circuit late last year playing to some mixed reviews however the focus will be own Michael Shannon to deliver something more intensified and The Iceman (& Man Of Steel) might just provide the actor the tools he needs to excel to the highest levels.

Since the last trailer The Iceman now has a UK&Irish release date of 7th June, the film also stars Ray Liotta, Winona Ryder, James Franco , Stephen Dorff, David Schwimmer and Chris Evans.
