Ryan Phillipe Pushed Too Far In Summit Fever UK Trailer

All that matters is his next move in Julian Gilbey’s Summit Fever. Signature Entertainment have released the UK Trailer which Ryan Phillipe finds himself pushed too far.

Gilbey is no stranger to genre films and climbing thrillers either. He directed the 2011 A Lonely Place To Die which stars Melissa George and Ed Speleers.

The film stars Freddie Thorp, Michel Biel, Mathilde Warnier, Hannah New, Théo Christine, and Ryan Phillippe.

His latest film exchanges kidnappers for hedonism. When a group of climbers head to France to take on a trio of mountains considered some of the most dangerous. When the journey becomes one of survival as things become an terrifying nightmare. As they peruse the final peak, a deadly storm hits and traps the climbers. Cutting them off from any chance of rescue, forcing them to work together to survive.

A young climber (Freddie Thorp, Fate: The Winx Saga) spends a hedonistic summer in Chamonix whilst attempting the world’s deadliest trio of mountains. Despite witnessing bloody fatalities while ascending the first two peaks, he and his friends persevere onto the final climb, unaware of a deadly storm brewing on the other side of the mountain. Summit Fever is directed by Julian Gilbey (A Lonely Place to Die). Summit Fever also stars Ryan Phillippe (Cruel Intentions), Hannah New (Maleficent) & Mathilde Warnier (The Serpent).

Signature Entertainment will release Summit Fever on all Digital Platforms, in the UK and Ireland from 17th October.
