When one does well, it’s time for the rest to be converted, well not exactly as Disney-Pixar work on their promise to convert some of the studio classics to 3D , the next film in line has had its official new trailer released, Monsters Inc. After the success of The Lion King it’s no surprise they have targeted one of it’s other successful films and with Monsters University coming out next year what better time to bring the original film back.

Originally released back in 2001 Monsters Inc. tells the story of Mike and Sulley employees of the Monsters Inc., a company set up to harness energy source from the screams of terrified little ones. Mike and Sulley are the top scare merchants  however when a little girl called ‘boo’ comes into to their world, hell breaks loose!

I’ll be honest when it comes to picking what’s your favourite Pixar film, Monters Inc is my favourite, yes not Toy Story! Of course Toy Story has humour in it which appeals to adults too, for some reason Monsters Inc is like that Flinstones scenario a animation made really for adults but loved by all. Below is also a new poster is hilarious  which shows our one eyed friend Mike attempting to appreciate the benefits of 3D not realising he has one eye and has no ears for the glasses to lay on!

Monsters Inc will be scaring us all once more on January 18th, 2013 before Monsters University returns in July 2013.
