I dont usually post short Films on thepeoplesmovies, I usally do it via my other blog Cinehouse but I decide this time to be different. Below is an superb little short called THE GIFT created by Carl Erik Rinsch the man whom last year was nearly directing the Alien Prequel but it caused an uproar within the hardcore fanbase of Aliens.

The movie is part of the Parallel Lines Comeptition ran by Phillips and The Gift is the story of an Robot manservant who flees the police through the streets of Moscow. This little gem of an movie is one of 5 other movies in the competition , all are directors of Ridley Scott’s commerical wing RSA and he has judged all the movies, you can check out the rest of the movies here at the Phillips website.
