Paddington In Peru First Trailer Takes Us On A Jungle Quest!

A little bear goes a long way  as Studiocanal release the first UK Trailer for Paddington In Peru! As our favourite bear takes takes the Brown family on a jungle quest!

The third in what has been successful and very popular Paddington franchise. After the universal success of Paddington 2 which is now considered one of the best films ever made, the buzz for this one is unbelievable.

Ben Whishaw and Imelda Staunton both return as the voices of Paddington and Aunt Lucy. Also starring is Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer (replacing Sally Hawkins), Antonio Banderas, Olivia Colman.  Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Carla Tous and Jim Broadbent. Paul King directed the previous films, this King is producing, and scripting duties. This time Dougal Wilson makes his directorial feature debut, the director is known for his music videos and a certain John Lewis Christmas TV Adverts!

In Paddington In Peru, Paddington and the Brown family head to Peru to visit Aunt Lucy. When they get there, they find that Aunty has went AWOL pushing everyone into the Amazon jungle in a quest to find her.

Wilson is walking into a well established franchise in story and the humour. Can he keep the momentum going? With King and Simon Farnaby still involved might just help this be a success and first impressions indicate we have nothing to worry about…for now.

Paddington In Peru brings Paddington’s story to Peru as he returns to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears. With the Brown Family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues when a mystery plunges them into an unexpected journey through the Amazon rainforest and up to the mountain peaks of Peru.

Paddington In Peru will be in UK and Irish cinemas from 8th November. If you live in the U.S 17th January 2025 looks to be your release date (distributor unknown).
