Obsession Has No Limits In The Novice UK Trailer

When it comes to personal goals we will push ourselves sometimes to obsessive. In Lauren Hardaway‘s psychological thriller The Novice, Isabelle Fuhrman is that college freshman that take things to the extreme. Vertigo Releasing have released the UK Trailer that reminds us obsession has no limits.

This film is the is the directors feature debut and if you enjoyed Whiplash, you might just enjoy this one. Fuhrman will always be known as her sinister role as Esther in Orphan.

For The Novice, Fuhrman is Alex, a college freshman who joins her University rowing team. She wants to make it to the varsity boat and embarks on a extreme physical and psychological journey to make sure she gets there whatever the cost.

This indie has been picking up plaudits since it’s debut at Tribeca Film Festival last year. Winning a trio of awards and strong reviews on it’s journey, this looks good!

Isabelle Fuhrman (Orphan) plays Alex Dall, an obsessive college freshman who joins her university’s rowing team and undertakes an extreme physical and psychological journey to make it to the top varsity boat, no matter the cost..

The film also stars Dilone, Amy Forsyth, Jonathan Cherry, Kate Drummond, Charlotte Ubben, Sage Irvine, Chantelle Bishop, Jeni Ross, and Nikki Duval.

The Novice will be released in UK and Irish cinemas as well as Digital Platforms from 1st April.
