New Resident Evil Trailer Teases Connections With The Games
When it comes to a Zach Cregger film expect the unexpected. What about his next film Resident Evil reboot? Sony Pictures have dropped a new Trailer might have franchise fans smiling, as it teases the connections with the video game.
The first full trailer has revealed, the Weapons director will honour the game, but in his own unique way. The teaser trailer didn’t really push anything we expect to see which in a way is good The latest version might be the showstopper. There might not be the familiar characters, We hear Racoon City mentioned and a proper look at the zombies. Gamers will love the iconic typewriter, the shotgun shells, however this isn’t set in 1998, it’s current day.
Austin Abrams leads the cast in Resident Evil as Bryan the medical courier. He takes on the task of delivering the highly paid job which sees him drive into the middle of an fast moving outbreak.
The film also stars Zach Cherry, Kali Reis and Paul Walter Hauser plus a host of familiar creatures. Can Zach Cregger deliver horror goodness mixed with plenty Barbarian style surprises? We hope so!
