When THE BEAVER is released in UK & Ireland on June 17th, for Jodie Foster’s sake, I do hope the critics judge the movie and not theย shenanigans of a certain Mel Gibson, it would be only fair for her and rest of cast. The movie played in Cannes recently, in the Out Of Competition, where most critics were fairly constructive with their criticism; there was a certainย Guardian critic who took the opportunity ,with no care really about the actual movie itself, to destroy it. Whatever you think of Mel Gibson, he has done wrong and it will take a lot of crawling on knees and hard graft before he can be even considered forgiven by Joe public.

Icon Distribution have kindly sent us this new clip from THE BEAVER, check it out below.
