New Clip And Featurette For The Guernsey Literary & Potato Society

Later this month you will be able to find out exactly what the film is all about when it’s released in UK and Irish cinemas. based on Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows’ best-selling novel, starring Lily James with Four Weddings and a funeral Mike Newell directing.

Today Studiocanal has sent us 2 new pieces of promotion. First up is a clip which sees James reunite with some of her former Downton Abbey cast members. Juliet (James) has a heated discussion with her agent Sidney (Matthew Goode) about heading to the Island.

Lily James plays free-spirited writer Juliet Ashton, who forms a life-changing bond with the delightful and eccentric Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society when she decides to write about the book club they formed during the occupation of Guernsey in WWII.
