Netflix Renew Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen For Second Season
Suit up geezer, Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen series has been renewed, Netflix confirms.
Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass misadventures will continue with a second 8 episode season. That season is set to start filming next year in 2025 with Theo James, Kaya Scodelario reprising their roles. So will Daniel Ings return as Eddie’s brother Freddy, there will be new cast joining but who they’ll be we don’t know yet.
Netflix made an announcement video which came in the shape of a billboard for The Gentlemen Season 2.
There is no details on exactly what shenanigans the captain and Susie will get up to. Scodelario and James chatted to Tudum what viewers can expect…
โItโd be fun to see the business spread a bit more,โ Scodelario told Tudum when the show launched. โHow do they take it to the next level? Theyโre very adamant about not getting into the chop game, so how do they then continue to build the empire? Where does that take them? How does the new structure of the business work practically?โ
Eddie and Susie are now partners, but how will their relationship evolve as the story moves forward? โI think theyโve grown to love each other in their own way, but I think theyโll never fully trust each other because they are so different and theyโre from such vastly different worlds,โ James told Tudum. โThereโs a love between them, but ultimately they will never be from the same cloth.โ
Guy Ritchie will return to direct episodes for the series inspired by his 2020 film. Exactly when The Gentlemen Season 2 will start shooting and released in 2025 we’ll keep you posted.
