Mistaken Identity In The Man From Toronto Trailer

After endless delays and problems The Man From Toronto is only a few weeks away from it’s official release. Netflix have today released the official Trailer as mistaken identity between sales consultant and assassin!

The film is directed by Patrick Hughes (The Hitman’s Bodyguard‘s movies) with Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson in the lead roles. Hart plays a rental sales consultant who finds himself in a Airbnb rental mix up with the world’s deadliest assassin, who goes by the name of ‘Man From Toronto‘.

As I mentioned, this one was plagued with problems, then delayed thanks to covid-19. Like many movies during the pandemic it now found a new home when Sony Pictures sold the film to Netflix. It could be a blessing in disguise for the film, cinephiles haven’t always loved Hart‘s humour compared to his stand up.

A case of mistaken identity arises after a screw-up sales consultant and the world’s deadliest assassin—known only as The Man from Toronto—run into each other at a holiday rental.

The film also co-stars Kaley Cuoco, Ellen Barkin, Lela Loren, Tomohisa Yamashita, Pierson Fodé and Kate Drummond.

The Man From Toronto will finally be released on Netflix from 24th June.
