We’ve not heard a lot about this film since it’s worldย premiรจre at last year’s Cannes Film Festival, then it was 2 clips however the silence hasn’t waiveredย ย our interest in the film. 2012 was the year Matthew McConaughey kickstarted his ailing film career which was wrongly snubbed by The Oscars, the film also left Cannes with some really positive critical reviews too. We must n’t forget this is a Jeff Nichols film who looks to delivered another fantastic film, last years Take Shelter a highly underrated film though Mud may not be aย cerebral as that film still the trailer shows there’s plenty of tension in the air leaving you thinking ย do the boys realise how much danger they might just be in?
