Chevalier now in UK and Irish cinemas listen to The Chronicle film podcast review

Yesterday we informed you The Chronicle  the Podcast of The Chronicles In Film  new home will be here at The Peoples Movies. That new episode, Episode 5 in now available to listen to with reviews of Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts and Chevalier.

Up first is Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts, the seventh entry into the Transformers franchise. This time Michael Bay has taken a step back to produce to let Steven Caple Jr direct. Caple Jr directed the franchise spin-off film Bumblebee which ended up been the only critically acclaimed reviewed film. Our reviews editor Scott J.Davis was no fan of this new film will I?

The second up is Chevalier starring Kelvin Harrison Jr in the titular character, Joseph Bologne who would become Chevalier Saint-Georges. A black man blessed with the talent as a violinist/ Composer and one of France’s greatest fencers. He was loved by the royal house, friends in high society but bigotry, racism and hypocrisy would prevent him becoming who truly was or love the woman he loved too.

Here’s  The latest episode

The Chronicle rule is I chat about film, old and new maybe a little bit of streaming releases too. There is no set running time. There was no set time  when I post new episodes, however now that the podcast is here on The Peoples Movies things will come more regular.

The Chronicle Extra which I hope to be released next to the main episode will always include and extra couple of reviews or possibly a rant. The new episode will be available of Chronicles In Film and episode 5 bonus will have reviews of Spiderman: Across The Spider-Verse and The Boogeyman which will be available here shortly.
